My Publisher is NOT a Telemarketer! LOL

I have Caller ID at home. I use it to screen my calls; I'm sure anyone who gets dinner interrupted by telemarketers understands my reasoning. Well, I learned a valuable lesson Friday when I didn't answer a call from an "Unknown" number that I didn't recognize, even after the caller hung up and called back a second time. It wasn't until that same number appeared on my cellphone a few seconds later that I knew something wasn't right. I answered that call to find out my publishers at Cobblestone Press were trying very hard to reach me. Why?

Because they had great news; My debut novel, LYCAN INSTINCT, finaled in the premier e-book national competition, known as the EPPIES!

Yep, it's a finalist in the Romantic Suspense category!
The winners will be announced in March at the national EPICon in Virginia Beach.
*fingers crossed* :)

So, I've now learned to answer calls, even Unknown ones, especially from that area code, because my publishers are not telemarketers. *blush* LOL :)
